Story
Thank you so much for visiting our fundraising page for our latest charitable venture.
Pete and I have decided to undertake the 100 km Thames Path Challenge, part of Action Challenge's "Ultra Challenge Series". This challenge will see us embarking on an enduring 100 km ultra walk from Putney to Henley (which could take from 20 to 30 hours to complete, all through the night!) to raise funds for the Kent Law Campaign.
Personally, this is the latest in my crazy adventures for charity which has seen me jump out of an airplane (with a parachute), undertake the 50 km Thames Path Challenge (in 2012), play 54 holes of golf in 24 hours, abseil down the ArcelorMittal Orbit and undertake a solo 160 ft bungee jump at the O2 (my scariest challenge yet. Having said that, the 100 km Thames Path Challenge is definitely going to be the most stamina-requiring challenge yet!
Monies raised by the campaign will be used to fund the construction of a new building which will be the new home to the Kent Law Clinic - a service which provides free legal advice to people who cannot afford to go elsewhere.
