Story
I'm taking part in Race To The King 2018. This means that on 23rd and 24th June next year I'll be running an ultramarathon of 52.4 miles (84.3km) along the South Downs, finishing at the steps of Winchester Cathedral (more info at https://www.racetotheking.com/). I'm planning to complete the double marathon in one go (rather than taking the *sensible* option of camping overnight at halfway).
Most importantly, I'll be doing the event in aid of Parkinson's UK, one of the incredible partner charities of Race To The King whose aim is to find a cure and improve the lives of everyone affected by Parkinson's (learn more at https://www.parkinsons.org.uk/about-us/what-we-do). Therefore any donations, however much, will be hugely appreciated not just by me but by the thousands of people living with Parkinson's who benefit from the care, support and groundbreaking research done by Parkinson's UK.
