Simon was a handsome, fit and healthy thirty two year old Royal Marine Officer with everything to live for, he loved everything about his life, especially his family, friends and career. Whilst away on exercise he collapsed and we scanned that's the day we found out something was wrong...days later he was undergoing brain surgery, he was amazingly brave and hugely optimistic about the outcome......his courage was immense. He took each process in his stride. Brain surgery ✔️ Radiotherapy ✔️ Baldness ✔️ Chemotherapy ✔️ Smile throughout ✔️ Become a daddy to our then four month old ✔️ Stay positive ✔️ 

Sadly just under two years after diagnosis this dreadful disease took him......He chose his day as he passed on Remembrance Sunday..........A bootneck through and through.......some might say corps pi55ed! (apologies a military term)!  we miss him every day and still to this day I wonder WHY. We will only ever get to understand this disease by research and that's why we need you to please dig deep so we can raise funds for this fantastic charity. Brain tumours kill more children and adults uunder the age of 40 than any other charity and yet only receives 0.7% of the national cancer research spend......Outrageous! It costs £2,740 for ONE days research please donate whatever you can and let's hope we can start to understand brain tumours and save lives!  Thank you for reading.
