I have personally benifitted from homestart after the birth of my little girl. I suffered from post natal. depression and was really struggling. Deb came round to see me and enrolled me onto the mom's in mind course which really helped me to see that I wasn't the only one in the same boat and helped me to recover and form new relationships with other like minded mom's. I would have loved to have stayed as I felt my journey was not quite finished but the demand for their services is so high and they just don't have the resources/manpower of being to able to continue their support indefinitly. this is why I wanted to start fundraising so that they can continue to help as many families struggling as possible! 

edit* since lockdown I had been really struggling with my mental health and reached out to homestart, they found someone who could help me and that support really did help me get through!
