Story
Thank you so much for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page!
I want to share a heartfelt story about my beloved Lola, a 13-year-old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel who means the world to me. In 2016, Lola was diagnosed with a grade 4 heart murmur and began a journey of managing her health with various medications.
In 2020, I received a recommendation from a fellow Cavalier lover about the Royal Veterinary College (RVC). With hope in my heart, I reached out to them to see if they could assess Lola's condition. To my delight, she was approved for their research program, and since then, we've been regular visitors. Thanks to the RVC, Lola has experienced a remarkable transformation. She has gone from taking three different pills to just one, and her heart has grown stronger.
I truly believe that the fact that they helped me be more relaxed and comfortable with her illness has played a significant role in her improvement. The support and guidance from the RVC have not only impacted Lola physically but have also provided me with a sense of ease and confidence in managing her condition.
Our pets hold a special place in our hearts, and when it comes to their well-being, trust is paramount. I can wholeheartedly say that the RVC has been a godsend for Lola and, by extension, for me. They have given her a new lease on life and provided us with the promise of a more serene future.
