It's been a 10 month journey of dedication, sweat and tears with one goal in mind...... To achieve what was once an impossible dream. To compete in one of the toughest Ironman events in the world with a 2.4 mile sea swim, 112 mile cycle up and down the Welsh hills, 26.2 mile hilly run in and around the gorgeous sea side town of Tenby, all in under 17 hours. Ironman Wales. I'm ready to 'Face The Dragon!'.
