We raise funds for educational initiatives to help underprivileged children in India

Story

The Cordia Group of Educational Institutes, situated in Lord Rana Edu-City, Sanghol, is a life-time vision of Rt. Hon. Lord Diljit Rana, Member House of Lords, to transform the lives of rural youth through world class educational opportunities in an integrated campus with state of the art world class infrastructure, skilled in and personality development in an environment of excellent teaching and learning practices.

As part of the National Liberal Club (NLC) Commonwealth Forum delegation to India last year, the group visted the Cordia Group of Educational Institutes in Sanghol. We were taken on an extensive tour of the campus, met and interacted with many of the students and faculty, served a fantastic lunch prepared by the students of the culinary department, and treated to an exciting program of song and dance from the drama and arts students. The NLC Commonwealth Forum were given such a warm welcome by everyone at the school, it made for an unforgettable day.

The NLC Commonwealth Forum are raising funds in order to help further the education and enrichment of the school's students as well as help with costs and hardships due to the current Covid-19 crisis in India.
