On the 8th of March 2012, Aliyah, myself & our family were truly blessed to welcome the birth of our son Muhammad Musa Akram. We made a promise before his birth that we would endeavour to raise some money for a childrens charity in the name of Musa to provide help to those children who were not as fortunate as Musa to have parents and a wider support network.

Aliyah suggested helping orphans as a worthwhile cause and we selected orphans in need as the charity we wanted to donate to for the simple reason that it reaches out to all children irrespective of race, religion and location which sees all children as equally worthy of a good start to their lives. May Allah swt bless all those who help in this cause and we pray that we collectively donate as much as possible.
