Story

PAY YOUR ZAKAT IN THE NAME OF ALLAH

Please support our cause. Please help us to help others. Please donate generously.

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله * ‎محمد ﷺ said: “The believer’s shade on the Day of
Resurrection will be his charity.” (Al-Tirmidhi) On the day when all other
shade will be gone, Allah will shade and shelter those who give charity and
care for the poor. The Muslim’s sacrifice in this life will be their protection on the Day of Judgment.

*Brothers and sisters, we are raising money for poor people. *

By sacrificing part of one’s wealth and giving it to charity, the individual is guaranteeing protection for themselves from
misfortune.

At TIA Zakat & Charity Fund, we are committed to ensuring your donations go to the projects you care most about. This means we use your money where and how you have asked us to. With our 100%
donation policy, you can rest assured that your donations are reaching those most in need.

You may also choose to support TIA Charity’s work with no specific project or location in mind. This enables us to focus purely on using your donations for projects and in locations that are facing severe problems with a high level of need.

TIA Zakat & Charity is delivering zakat in Pakistan and Bangladesh, – where needed the most.

How can zakat be paid?

Donors may choose from our zakat applicable projects OR choose to have their zakat delivered in the form of cash by donating to our Zakat Fund.

Where is the Zakat Fund delivered?

Currently, this Ramadan, the zakat fund is specifically being hand-delivered to Bangladesh and Pakistan.

How does it work?

Zakat is delivered directly to the beneficiaries in the form of cash, giving beneficiaries the independence to buy what they truly need.

Giving zakat as cash, to specifically selected families, truly allows them to buy what is needed the most at that given time. These families are living without what we would consider the basics – the bare minimum.

Tigers International Association – TIA was formed by a group of British Bangladeshi professionals, inspired to work with and help Bangladeshi people residing in the UK and abroad. We are working with local government offices and other various voluntary organisations to provide support in the field of education, employment, leisure and recreation. TIA based in Oldham are a registered charity which has been in existence for over 17 years. Since it was founded, TIA and its team of volunteers have worked tirelessly to support the Bangladeshi community in the Greater Manchester area with advice, guidance and basic training to empower people to play their part in society. TIA’s vision for the organisation was threefold. Firstly, to work with the Bangladeshi community in the UK and abroad to create a social network in order to share the cultures of the various host communities to propagate understanding and tolerance. Secondly, our aim is to facilitate with the development of Bangladesh by directing the valuable resources both in terms of human and financial capital. It is TIA’s wish to use all capacity to act as a channel of communication between Bangladesh and the international investment community to encourage multinational organisations and non-resident Bangladeshis to invest in and develop Bangladesh. Thirdly, working with the local community and setting up various education training and advice projects based on local needs or community would benefit from.
