In March 2022 we sadly lost our beloved Jonny ‘Mougs’ Mason. He was the life and soul of the party and he’ll be greatly missed by so many.

Suicide is the biggest killer of men under 50 in the uk and mental health issues have only increased during the Covid 19 outbreak. Unfortunately the suicide death rate in Cumbria is higher than the England average so we hope to raise money to support our chosen charity.

Based in Shap - Every Life Matters promote suicide safer communities and provide Suicide Bereavement Support across Cumbria. They provide resources designed to improve well being and mental health and they would be very grateful for any funds we help to raise.

In August 2022 we raised £2475 from our Scafell Pike Marathon, in 2023 we raised £1500 through our 5-a-side tournament, this year we hope the next edition of our over 35's footy tournament will help raise further funds.

Although our friend is gone he’ll always be with us. We hope the money we raise might just help prevent situations like this occurring again for others. If you would like to donate, any amount would be greatly appreciated by us and our charity x
