Albany Road Run Club is an inclusive run club in Cardiff. 

“Loopathon” is a fundraising event, running for third year, taking place at Roath Rec on Sunday 18th August, with people running one or more 5k laps around Roath Lake and back from 8am until 8pm. 

You can run (or walk) the 5k lap of the lake one or more times between 8am and 8pm. You can hang out at our tent as well if you want to chill out and support the other runners for as long (or as little) as you like.
