I am abseiling down Keynsham Church to raise money for my favourite charity ever, Keynsham Mencap 😍. 

At Mencap we support children and adults with a range of different learning disabilities. We offer weekly social groups, day trips, night outs and even holidays!

Volunteering for Mencap has been a life changing experience for me. I first started when I was 15 years old and I haven’t left since. When I first started volunteering for Mencap I wasn’t in a great place but Mencap always gave me a reason to smile and it also gave me a reason to keep going 🥰

Mencap has provided with with the opportunity to meet the most amazing, inspirational, and kindest people ever. No matter what life throws at our members they come back fighting with huge smiles on their faces. I cannot put into words how amazing these people are. Mencap is often the highlight of most our members weeks. 

It is honestly the most amazing charity ever so if you please can I would really appreciate donations 🥰. Thank you xx
