Moir’s Oranguthon At the age of 73 and 11/12ths I am running my first ever marathon . On 26th May 2024 I am running the Edinburgh marathon. I am running in memory of Lesley who died in April 2023. Lesley loved all animals and particularly enjoyed our visit to the Sepilok Orangutan Rehabilitation Centre in Borneo which cares for those displaced by deforestation to grow palm trees . In what is also my first fund raising event I am raising money for Orangutan UK which supports the work at Sepilok.
