The chosen charity for Mitsubishi Motors in the UK for 2021 is The Churn Project - local to its Head Offices in Cirencester.

Belonging, purpose and hope are at the heart of all that The Churn Project offers people who come through its door. They help to find practical solutions to life's issues alongside the vulnerable and marginalised people across the Cirencester community who seek support. People tell them that coming to The Churn improves their wellbeing and makes them feel less isolated. They work with those who are lonely, at a point of transition or crisis in their lives, or experiencing mental health issues. They support people through
difficult times. And during these difficult times of the pandemic there are more and more people that need their help.

They support over 1,900 people each year, from before birth to
end-of-life, working with people who are seeking work, vulnerable families and older people. During normal times, they run more than 25 different activities each week ranging from antenatal classes, to work clubs, to memory clubs. The Churn is unique in supporting such a cross-section of the community, particularly the most disadvantaged.
