Miriam's mum Rachel was diagnosed with Early-Onset Alzheimer's Disease 15 years ago, and sadly passed away last September. Galway Hospice Foundation cared for Rachel in her final days and thanks to their care and support she died comfortably and peacefully in a place that she loved with her family around her. In lieu of wedding gifts, we ask that you consider donating to the hospice.
