Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

From Friday 3rd December members and supporters of ‘Stay Strong with Sarah Wheeler’ gym group and bootcamp have been challenged to a ‘DONT DROP THE BALL!’ challenge for 30 hours! They will all take turns to spend an hour or more passing a 9kg ball without dropping it for 30 hours!

There will also be a 30 minute Amrap every 4 hours for members and supporters to take part in as many as they want. One of the Miles4Myles trustees Mike Jones will be taking part in ALL of the amraps! 

Whilst all this is going on four crazy gym members Sarah Wheeler, Hayley Butler, Jo Lavery and Lizzy Jones will be embarking on a 30 hour workout challenge. Working their way through a routine of exercises for a continuous 30 hours. 

If this has wet your appetite for a challenge please get in touch it’s not too late to get involved. 

All this craziness is to raise money for Miles4Myles, a charity set up to help young adults who have been diagnosed with a terminal brain tumour to full-fill their buckets list of dreams.
