This is the big one!

I am running the Brentwood half marathon and the London Marathon and linking my sponsorship for one good cause. SNAP Special Needs and Children.    

I am excited and daunted at the same time and need all the support you can give me. I would also be very grateful for any encouragement you have for me.

I think the secret to running is keeping your eyes closed! But it is also hard work.
