<p>As I build up the&nbsp;distance week by week to put me into some sort of state to tackle my first marathon run I am inspired to keep going by the thought of supporting such a great cause as Build Africa ( see left to find out more ! ) &nbsp;and the people who benefit from it .</p> <p>Please help me to help them with whatever you feel you are able to give .
