On the morning of Saturday 26th April 2014 I will be joining a group of IAM riders, leaving John o' Groats and riding south to Scotland's most southerly point, the Mull of Galloway. The distance of the intended route is 455 miles. It will be the longest day I've ever spent in the saddle, and will be a tough endurance test of mind and body to stay alert and ride safely and to a high standard through the day.

I have constant back issues, dodgy knees that have had surgery, but all of that is nothing compared to the problems facing a cancer patient. So I hope you will support me in raising money for Marie Curie Cancer Care and the amazing work they do.
