Create Development

Create Development supports primary schools to transform PE experiences for EVERY child, teacher and family. real PE supports schools to deliver an outstanding PE curriculum which meets the needs of EVERY child and one that EVERY teacher is confident to deliver.

Each Region within the Create Development Company has chosen a Charity close to their hearts, the Midlands Team have selected The Richard Whitehead Foundation.

We are a company that is passionate about making that difference
and transforming teachers and children's lives through a positive relationship with PE.

Inclusivity is a central part of what we do, making sure every
child has that support and access to PE, Physical Activity and Sport, not just in school but for life.

We have chosen an event that can be flexible and challenging for each member of the team. The Midland’s staff will virtually pass the baton between the team like the torch for the Olympics, share the total miles from Norfolk to the furthest member of staff in Nottinghamshire! 

The total 311 miles, we will do 307 miles between us over four weeks, roughly under 3 miles a day for 5 days or 11 miles in one go! We will complete as we wish by either walking, running, biking or swimming the distance. The last 4 miles we will complete at our team meeting in March.
