I became involved with Hideaway Youth Project 6 years ago assisting with the finance work.

Once I realised the amazing work that the organization does I became a trustee and am now the treasurer.

Hideaway is based in Moss Side Manchester and works with young people from all backgrounds are encouraged to believe in themselves and reach their full potential.  It is one of very few organisations doing youth work in Manchester and we are an independent charity we are not tied to any political agenda.

During the Covid-19 lockdown our staff have done a fantastic job running our usual youth sessions on-line and attracting more participants than we usually get.
