My challenge to myself is to raise money for a Canine Partners Puppy; £800 will pay for a puppy and £4,200 will pay for training.  I have been able to change my life through diet & lifestyle changes.  For some people it's not so simple; they may be unable to leave the house alone due to medical conditions.  I want to help provide an assistance puppy to allow someone to have the gift of independence as the dog will be trained for their human's condition.  I know it's a big ask, but any donation, no matter how small will help me achieve my target. 

I am planning to run some races, including, hopefully three half marathons and some shorter distances.  I am also looking to do some other fundraising activities, details of these will follow.  Even if you want to save your coppers in a pot to donate, it would be a massive help.
