I know it's not Ironman so I'm asking for only £3 per person, £1 for each leg of the event, as this is realistic and affordable. If everyone I know gives just £3 then this will really add up.

I'll be absolutely going for it and suffering to try and smash all my PB's on the 5k run, 25k ride and final 5k run on 31st July.
