As many of you will know, I lost Ian in September 2019 and it has been, and still is, very hard to keep going.  In July I started volunteering with Sharks Forces, a programme run by Sale Sharks Community Trust to support Armed Forces Veterans which has really helped me and hopefully I have been able to help at least some of them. 

Sharks Forces work closely with Walking With The Wounded and I have seen first hand how important their work is helping veterans turn their lives around after suffering both physically and mentally. 

On 10th November, myself and some of our group are abseiling down Chester Cathedral to raise funds for WWTW.  I would be so grateful for any support you can give.
