On Monday 21st December; the Winter Solstice, I will be attempting to do 108 Sun Salutations A, at sunrise to mark the shortest day and welcome the lengthening daylight hours. 

A sacred number on a sacred day, we give gratitude to nature and the sun for keeping us going in these difficult times. Marking the darkest and shortest day, things really can only get better from here!
