Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
On the 23rd March, the Charity that I work for, Coram's Fields, was forced to close its doors indefinitely as a result of the government lockdown. In the first 4 weeks of closing, we lost 60% of our expected income and every day that passes, our future becomes increasingly more uncertain.
We are one of London's oldest children's charities. Founded on the principle that play is a child's right and not a privilege, our seven acre park and playground, provides vital access to open space for some of London's most deprived children, many of whom see our park as being their own 'back garden'. Our range of services provide critical support to young people from birth through to early adulthood.
The current pandemic has placed all of this under considerable threat. We need the support of the local community to help ensure that this special haven remains for the future generations of children and young people living in this, one of London's most densely populated areas.
I'm taking on the 2.6 challenge - My challenge - to complete 2600 sit ups in 26 days.
Please donate generously for such a worthy cause.
