Story

Hello everyone,

My name is Max and I am 5 years old.

In the school holidays one of my favourite activities is to visit Dartmoor Zoo with my Nana and the other day I was watching the news with my parents and there was a story about the Dartmoor Zoological Society. It was a very sad story about the zoo running out of money and soon they'd be unable to feed the animals.

At first I wanted to send them all my pocket money so that they can afford to keep the zoo running. Without visitors the zoo isn't earning any money which means they rely on other people to donate. The man on the news said they only had enough money in the bank to last for another 3 weeks! As you may know already, I love animals especially big cats and reptiles.

I am going to do the 2.6 challenge every weekday this week and I would be very grateful if you could support me.

The challenge is:

Monday -  Walk for 2.6 miles

Tuesday - Run up and down the stairs 26 times

Wednesday - Do 26 maths questions

Thursday - Catch a ball 26 times

Friday - Cycle for 2.6 miles

If you would like to sponsor me I would be very grateful ... and so will the animals!

Thank you for your support.

Love

Max

PS. My parents will send photos and videos of me doing each challenge as evidence.
