I'm taking part in No5's #5KinMay Challenge! I will be running or cycling 5K every day in the month of May. Together we are aiming to raise £5,000 to support young people's mental health!More young people than ever need support with their mental health. Over 900 young people and their families have asked No5 for help over the last 12 months alone.Your support will mean No5 can continue to support local young people who need help, and provide more support more quickly.£5,000 will directly fund 4 months of counselling 5 young people and 20 mental health workshops delivered to groups of 30 in local schools.Thank you for your support!
