I'm entering the CARE Construction Challenge in the Forest of Dean & Wye Valley on Saturday 28th June as part of an office team. We will each bike, canoe and run/walk a marathon distance of 26.2 miles completing mystery challenges along the way. 

CARE International works in 87 countries helping some of the world's most marginalised people find ways out of poverty and is always amongst the first group to respond to Human disasters and this event is focused on relief to the refugees forced out of Syria.
