I am running the London & Bath (Half) Marathons for Ty Olwen Hospice, at Morriston Hospital in Swansea, in memory of my grandpa Alan Heaven. He sadly passed away just over a year ago after being diagnosed with terminal cancer.

Although his time in Ty Olwen was short, the care he received was second to none, as was the support provided to family and friends affected.

Ty Olwen is not completely government funded and relies heavily on charitable donations. 95p of every £1 given to Ty Olwen goes directly into patient care. Whilst it's unfortunate places like this need to exist, it really is a worthwhile cause that needs as much support as possible.
