After two long awaited years Glastonbury Festival is back! And with that so are our superstar Kiota Recycling Crew. To celebrate, I'll be 'Getting Ready for Glasto' by taking on an Glastonbury-inspired challenge in the months leading up to the festival - to get in the festival spirit and raise vital funds for Kiota. Glastonbury Festival is Kiota's biggest fundraising activity, and each year the recycling crew have raised significant funds for the charity so they can continue to support a school in Tanzania. However, the Festival has been cancelled two years in a row as a result of the Pandemic - and with that Kiota has faced a precarious financial position leaving them unsure about whether they can continue to support the school and its students. I am so excited to have Glastonbury Festival back again, and hope you will help me and my fellow volunteers Get Ready for Glasto by helping us reach our ambitious fundraising target!
