I'm taking part in Born Survivor again this year to raise funds for Space4Autism - an incredible charity who provide help and support for people with autism and their families.

Our son George was diagnosed just after he was two and it was a VERY steep learning curve for us (still is!).  Space have helped us so much along the way - if we are going through a particularly difficult time with George, there's always somebody to talk to who has been through it already and can offer useful advice and support.  George attends 'Space4Kids' for two hours every other Saturday morning and he absolutely loves it.  This weekend he was beyond excited to be doing sensory play and dived head-first into the shaving foam as soon as he'd whipped his coat off :)  The staff and volunteers are incredible and have had such a positive impact on him, helping to develop his communication and social skills.  The change in him over the last twelve months is amazing and for that we are extremely grateful! 

Please help us raise much-needed funds so Space can continue to do what they do and so they can develop their new premises to provide an even wider range of support and activities for all of the families they support.
