To celebrate Matilda's sixth birthday, we are asking everyone to have their own local Matilda'S miles event again themselves this year. This could be a walk or run in your own neighbourhood, a picnic in your local park, blowing bubbles and playing some outdoor games, or whatever reminds you of the fun we usually have in the Phoenix Park every summer.

We are aiming to do our own Matilda'S miles on Saturday 19 June 2021 in memory of our beautiful smiling baby girl, while raising funds for Children's Health Ireland, Crumlin. Take part in your own Matilda'S miles event on the same day, or whenever suits you, but don't forget to donate to this great cause.

Since Matilda was born, over €175,000 has been raised by her family and friends for the Children's Heart Centre in Crumlin Hospital, including over €108,000 from the annual Matilda'S miles events since 2016. 

We know everyone's circumstances are different at the moment, so donate what you can afford. Every penny will count and all funds raised will go directly to the Children's Heart Centre in Crumlin Hospital to enable the wonderful team there to continue to treat little babies with heart conditions. 

This is a very worthy cause, and we appreciate all your support in helping us give back to the team who gave us such wonderful times with our gorgeous, happy baby girl, Matilda. We look forward to seeing your pictures of your own Matilda'S miles event!
