Hi! we are looking to help make Christmas that bit more special for the Ukrainian Refugees who arrived earlier this year in the London Borough of Merton.

This year we have been working with the Polish Family Association and the Commonside Trust, supporting their on-the-ground resources. As at mid-June 2022 there were 400 refugees from Ukraine, adults and children, in the London Borough of Merton.

The Association manages on the ground resources to organise:  access to banks, NIN, BRP, accommodation, Universal Credit, Ukrainian-English children books, English and ESOL classes, craft classes, short walks, pre-school activities, drop-in chat sessions and training & recruitment opportunities.
