On 6th October, I will be running 13.1 miles in the Cardiff Half Marathon for Velindre Cancer Care. So many reasons why as so many people are affected by cancer, family, friends and colleagues.  Money raised allows the charity to support projects over and above the core services provided by the NHS.Any donation is greatly appreciated.
