I've decided to participate in the Alzheimer's Society Ben Nevis Midnight Challenge as, well... let's be honest, it does sound pretty great.

What's more, I get to fundraise money for a wonderful charity and support a cause I deeply care about. Many of you have some experience of dementia in your families. Me too. 

I truly hope that with your help we can make a real difference.

I'll take care of the sweaty climbing part but if you could donate a pound or two, I'd be most grateful.
