The Multiple System Atrophy Trust is the only UK charity dedicated to providing specialist support to all those affected by MSA; a life-limiting neurodegenerative brain disease. They provide MSA nurses, a telephone helpline and regional support groups. Importantly they also fund research into both a cause and cure.

Our family all valued the support the Trust provided during Martyn's illness.  They went the extra mile and we are keen to support their ongoing work and research into MSA.
