I have known and worked with Efrem since 2007 and have seen first hand the devastating effect loss had on him, Sharon and their family. Watching the evolution of Strongmen and having now seen first hand the amazing influence the charity is having on men going through the same journey who otherwise may not have known where to turn has forced me to get out of my comfort zone and out running again for the first time since my teens.
