We are the MS Society. We are strong enough to stop MS together.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our 10in10 JustGiving page!

Tom and I are a father and son team from Surrey. We are hoping to support the MS Society in their vital research work by doing the  annual 10in10 Challenge in June 2024. This involves climbing 10 Lake District peaks in under 10 hours. It is a tough challenge but we have done it before and we are proud to have another go for such a good cause!

The 10in10 starts at the Swinside Inn in the Newlands Valley near Keswick. It goes up over the North Western Fells to Buttermere and back round the mountains above Borrowdale covering just over 16 miles. The 10 peaks are Causey Pike, Sail, Crag Hill, Wandope, Whiteless Pike, High Snockrigg, Robinson, Dale Head, High Spy and Maiden Moor. That is a lot of up and down!

The challenge is organised by the wonderful Yvonne Booth and her husband Duncan. You can read their inspiring story and see more details of the challenge on the 10in10 website at:

If you can spare a few quid that would be great! Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

Many thanks to everyone who supports us this time around and has supported us in the past! You are all brilliant and your help is very much appreciated!
