Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

The Mars Chocolate High St Sales Team are trekking up Mt Snowdon to raise money for a charity that supports people who suffer from IBD, the most common forms being Chron's Disease and Ulcerative Colitis.  One of our team members suffers from this illness and as a result is currently on long term sick leave. The team all miss her at work and wish her a speedy recovery.

Chrons & Colitis UK aims to improve life for everyone affected by Chron's Disease and Ulcerative Colitis.  Together UC and Chron's Disease affect about 1 Person in every 250 in the UK.

UC and Chron's Disease are chronic (ongoing) conditions.

Sufferers who have severe disease do not achieve their educational and career potential.

Men & Women suffer equally.
