Hi there, I don't usually do this sort of thing but I decided to do the whole "Movember" thing this year (i.e. not shave and grow a moustache during the whole of November) in memory of my good friend Ben Parkin who we tragically lost this year.

I know that this cause - highlighting the need for testicular cancer awareness amongst men - was one that he was particularly passionate about, with him regularly doing the "Movember" thing himself, hence my way of paying tribute to him as well.

I know it's not a particularly strenuous way of raising money, but it is extremely symbolic, therefore if you feel inclined to chip in that would be great! Thanks, Mark
