We support the childrens ward in Guernsey to fund medical and other equipment

Story

Hi, my name is Mark. I'm a born and bred Guernseyman (or 'Donkey' as we are more affectionately known as).

In 1993 I was diagnosed with chronic emphysema, three years later I had major surgery. Twenty five years later at the ripe age of 58, I now feel rich in health and full of life. I believe that it is now time to give a little back. I plan to take on a number of physical challenges over the next few years or so. My first main challenge being a 150 mile hike over the scenic cliffs of Guernsey during the week of my 60th birthday. The big date being the 16th of September 2022. Not too long to train! In the run-up to this main challenge l will be taking on smaller challenges as part of my training. Please follow me on Facebook for more information.
