Chrysalis is a nonprofit organization that helps individuals who are navigating barriers to employment prepare for and find jobs. I share Chrysalis' vision of a world in which everyone has the opportunity to work and thrive. For this reason, I am asking you to make a contribution to the Chrysalis COVID-19 Response & Recovery Campaign. To me, going to work each day is about so much more than earning a paycheck... [insert personal anecdote here or delete] As we confront the pandemic-fueled economic crisis, we need to ensure that everyone has access to employment opportunities. Through their job-readiness program and employment social enterprise, Chrysalis connects 1,700 clients a month to vital resources and support, including assistance with rent, transportation, transitional job opportunities, and referrals to temporary and permanent employment.
