I've decided to enter this year's Charity Triathlon Race on the 12th November 2010 in Eilat, Israel, in memory of my best friend Lincoln Abraham who tragically lost his life in the Boxing Day Tsunami, 2004. A foundation was set up in his name to raise money for several children's charities, and so far we've managed to raise over £100,000. The race will comprise of a 1.5km swim in the Red Sea, followed by a 40 km bike ride, finishing with a 10km run.
Your donations would be gratefully accepted and EVERY penny raised will be going to Shaare Zedek UK, with all money raised going to the Lincoln David Abraham Paediatric Educational Institute at the Shaare Zedek Medical Centre in Jerusalem. This new paediatric unit has been set up to ensure that every child at the Shaare Zedek  Hospital will be able to continue their education so that they don’t fall behind with their classmates. At Shaare Zedek they treat patients regardless of their race or religion
