The Marham Bulls are aiming to reduce the stigma of service personnel talking about mental health.
The Marham Bulls is a team made up of players, coaches and support staff from both the RAF and Royal Navy. Each year we hold a match putting each service against each other to see who comes out on top.
This year we are aiming to raise £500 for Tough Enough To Care with our charity match.
