Mum always held a special place in her heart for her granddaughter Sophie who died at 11 weeks old due to a congenital heart defect. This would be a lovely way to honour both their memories and as a reminder of the love they shared. Mum was a lovely strong, caring lady who touched the lives of many when she was alive and we would like to think that this could continue even though she is no longer with us.
