Story

Thanks for visiting this page. This year I am running all of the official long distance trails in Scotland-the Speyside Way, the West Highland Way, the Great Glen Way and the Southern Uplands Way. I am doing stretches of way whenever I can and at the moment I have 2/3 of the SUW  to finish plus 4 miles of the Great Glen Way. MSF is  my chosen charity--if circumstances permitted and I was braver I would volunteer for this medical charity that puts medical staff where they are needed in countries suffering war and disaster.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.
