Dear Friends,

I am excited to let you know that this is my 4th year in a row that I will be participating in the Big Ride for Africa event in Cologne! This time, we are up for an even bigger challenge!

I am even more motivated to do so this year, because my experience from seeing firsthand what the Lessons for Life Foundation does, to impact the lives of all these families and children was AMAZING! My family and I went to Uganda for two weeks and volunteered with the local schools to help the children and teachers. Thanks to the Nurture for Africa Foundation as well, who provided us with guidance and support throughout our visit.

The Liberty Global family continues to support the Lessons for Life Foundation to change lives: sending over 50,000 children to school from some of the toughest places in Africa.

With many Liberty colleagues and friends, we have also committed to raise EUR 1.5M to get 20,000 more children into school by 2018. With your help, we can do this ! We will be traveling 120,000km by bike and foot this year!

I would be very grateful if you would sponsor me for the 2017 Big Ride for Africa. With your generous help, I am sure I will survive the 8+ house - both days and camping onsite with our fellow riders/runners rain or shine!
