Marie Curie provides care and support for people living with any terminal illness across the UK. Our nurses work night and day in people’s homes and our hospices offer specialist care. We also support people emotionally, provide practical information, and match them with trained volunteers.

Story

Help Marie Curie Nurses care for more terminally ill people and their families.

I'm taking part in Walk Ten Liverpool to raise money for Marie Curie Cancer Care. The Event is scheduled for August 16, 2014, 5.30-10.00pm.

I want to do this for future families that will need the wonderful support in every aspect of terminal illness care that Marie Curie provides, and for the memory of two very special ladies that I have lost in my life - Jacquie Fraser, my wife (passed away in 1999 of lung cancer) and Helen Walker, my second partner (passed away in 2011 of bowel cancer with secondary tumours).

Please sponsor me and help Marie Curie Nurses provide free care to more people with terminal cancer and other illnesses in their own homes or in one of their hospices across the UK.

£20 provides 1 hour of Marie Curie nursing care, but whatever you can give will help terminally ill people and their families when they need it most.

Thank you for your support.
