TSB has a history of working with communities, it’s in our DNA. That’s as true today as it’s ever been, but in these times of increased community need and lowering levels of resource time and money, we must pull together to make our collective efforts count. Our Do What Matters 2025 plan encourages colleagues to support the Mankind. Mankind has to raise at least £60,000 every year to run our helpline for male victims of domestic abuse. They receive no taxpayer, government, or public money – so are wholly dependent on donations to keep it open. They take over 2,000 calls per year from men (often with children) in distress and support others such as families, friends and workmates of men suffering abuse who call because they want to help them escape. Donations to the helpline support the staffing, the telephone system and promotion of this service. To help us help men (and their children) escape, please donate whatever you can afford below.
